Property Styling with Shine Interiors

When selling your home it is important that your property stands out from the rest. Getting the presentation right will not only help sell but it should help you achieve a higher price. At Shine Interiors we believe that first impressions are all important. We can help you create a fantastic first impression that will “wow” potential buyers. You can achieve this by making changes to suit your requirements that may be subtle or extensive. These changes will increase your property’s sale potential.

Shine Interiors offers you straight forward professional advice at a very reasonable rate that will assist you in increasing the value of your property.

There are 3 levels of Property Styling services offered by Shine Interiors.


 

1. Shine Essentials

This includes the initial consultation and written report – from here you can go ahead and implement the suggested changes yourself.

Initial Consultation and report – $ 110.00 including GST


 

2. Shine Essentials Plus

This includes the initial consultation (as above) plus you can engage Shine Interiors do it all for you. This service includes de-cluttering of rooms and tagging of items to go into storage, re-arranging and placing your existing furniture and accessories to get a fantastic new look. This can be done in half a day or full day, depending on the size of your property.
Half Day Property styling – $230.00 including GST

Full Day styling – $380.00 including GST


3. Shine Design and Decorate

This includes services above plus Shine Interiors do the shopping for you. New items are purchased based on an agreed set budget. Shine Interiors can get the best prices for new accessories, bed linen, artwork etc. and then will put it all in place for you, leaving your property looking fantastic. This service can also include the sourcing of new furniture to purchase or hire.
Quoted price depending on extent required plus the cost of new accessories etc.
